For Striping Contractors
The Industry Is Organizing.
Your Seat at the Table Closes September 14.
PLSIC™ is the parking lot striping industry's first professional council. The contractors who join before September 14, 2026 help write the standards, shape the certification program, and hold a permanent Founding Member designation. After that date, founding membership closes.
You Have Built a Business in a Trade Nobody Organized
There are no shared standards for what quality striping means. No credential that tells a property manager you know what you are doing. No directory where verified professionals can be found. No organization that represents the people who actually do this work.
You figured it out on your own. Experience. Trial and error. Relationships with other contractors who learned the same way. That is how this trade has always worked, and for a long time that was the only option.
The problem is that it does not scale. A property manager cannot tell the difference between a ten-year veteran and someone who bought a striper last week. So they go with whoever is cheapest, and you compete on price against someone who has nothing to protect.
That changes when a professional credential exists. When a published standard tells clients what quality looks like. When your name is in a directory that requires certification to appear in. That is what PLSIC is building. The contractors who join now are part of building it.
