Yes. I got your email. Files are on the way. I've tried to respond to the all requests but may have missed one or two. It was difficult because the requests were coming in from the board, my website, and as I had requested... via a direct email. A couple of the addresses posted here on this board (not the best idea) had typo's and bounced when I tried to send the files. So...... If I haven't responded to anybody's request, it was unintentional. Send me an email and I will reply with attached files. That guarantees the address is good and with no danger of having email addresses harvested by internet "bots"..

Thanks for the stuff ken but my computer must not have the program needed because it says the file cannot be opened because it does not have a program associated with it. Whatever that means?
