Recently was requested to stripe a parking garage roof. The contractor stated they would be using an Aliphatic Top Coat Urethane Sealer (Black Top). I was wondering if this would require a latex paint or if solvent acrylic would work without changing colors. Thank you.

I don't have any experience with that material on a roof, I would use latex though to be safe.

call the material manufacturer and find out what they recommend.
