I have searched high and low to no avail. Could someone please tell me where I can find a Binks 468 needle valve package. I could also use a 46 - 2020 709 Air Nozzle Tip. I am a 2nd year striper trying to rebuild an old machine, I am not certain of the brand but it still leaves excellent lines, just can't find parts. Thanks

Contact your local automotive refinishing supply (autobody supply). Or you can talk to EZ-Liner industries or I am sure a slew of other striping machine manufacturers who still sell air machines...

On what type of Binks gun are you working?

Binks 2001 gun. 68 fluid nozzle, 468 fluid needle, 709 is the screw in tip on the internal mix air cap, wisely used with a velocity tube or "tube tipe" but usually not. SS is the stainless steel designation, I believe all are available now as SS.

I am surprised a Binks dealer can't get the parts. I would think they would still be available.

Taiter, Try Jim Lunay from JCL. He always has the gun parts that I need. Can't think of his number off the top of my head though. I'll get it to you later. Stephan

Thanks for all of the tips, I have tried all of my local automotive guys, no luck. I found a fluid nozzle on a distributors website. My local binks guy says he can no longer get the needles. I will try JCL next. To be honest I don't know the model of binks gun i have, I am trying to find parts with the list of necessities that the fellow i purchased it from gave me.

Taiter, if it is a Binks 2001 gun it will be right on the gun! It is cast in the handle body loud and clear. Otherwise I bet it is a Model 69 and should also be on the gun. Binks may have all the guns in their library available online, google Binks. Your binks dealer is a clown, the parts are available, and they are available from aftermarket source Bedford too.
