Does no one want it or just don't have a need for it?

I live in Alabama and it's been a cold winter this year. One of my competitors has been sealcoating all winter. How is he doing this?

What part of Alabama are you in? Coast or North? We are on the Coast of Alabama. The weather for the most part this winter has been too cold and or too wet to seal. I have found some days with 50* and rising temps and have sealed on those days. I use the additive fass-dri and I get on the job ready to go before sunlight. I cut in before daylight and start spraying at day break. It is tricky at best trying to get er done in winter. Sometimes it does not work out well. In such a case touch up and or a redo is necessary. All of which takes away from the bottom line. Just last week we had 3 days of awesome weather highs 70's. We sealed and striped 2K sq yd church lot. In summer I could have easily put down 2 coats in a day, however it took 2 trips for us to complete. We had to deal with an area of shade too.We used blowers to help dry the shaded area. I doubt your compition has sealed as much as you think he has this winter. It has been hit and miss for sure with the weather.

It would be a pretty price to ship it. That in turn would eliminate any substantial savings on the paint I would presume. Why not "shop around" for some plastic shops/warehouses that need done in your area and use it?
