Does anyone have any good luck with advertising in the Blue Book in your areas?

I get 10-15 or more jobs from the Blue Book a year. Its the only advertising we do because it strictly for contractors. Jim

I get a lot of invitations to bid online from the blue book. But I have noticed most of them require you to buy the plans. Is this the case for anyone else?
