Please don't read this if it's a Monday morning, you've had a pint too many the night before and you feel like the dogs danglers.!! If you had a repetitive contract like say once monthly or 6 weekly is there a software program you can use to print off for your customer showing what date/month/time to expect you through out the year. and one for yourself i.e on the 5th Jan at 2 p.m Joe bloggs is booked in at 6 a.m and then add more appointments that are repetitive through out the year for that particular day the 5th of every month? Like a 12 month calender that you can open and it will show times dates customer etc on one page. Nooo I'm nooo pisht just can't explain what I mean but it would be like a dairy. This question is aimed more at the people who do sweeping with repetitive monthly contracts. Is there a sweeper forum like this as well ? cheers

Microsoft Outlook. Works with PDA'a, cell phones w/calendar's, will e-mail appointments, to others. Brakes down to minutes per day, prints calendars by the day, week, month. has a need to do list. Keeps contacts (links with Quick books) Task list, notes, does a great job of handling e-mail. Files e-mails. I am able to sink it through my PDA with my other computers. Just havent figured out how to lrun it on several different computers with the same data base. Also Quick Books Pro will do reminders
