I have a 3 year old line laser 3900. Lately, I have been having a gun clogging problems. My wand basket is new, I have replaced the in-line filter, and cleaned it repeatedly, but the clogging continues. My paint is fresh. Is there something in the internal works of this maching that can disintigrate and cause this?? Anybody else have this problem?? Thanks

You may have a build up of dried paint inside the long hose. When you clean up, try pressuring up and then pull the trigger on the gun a few times for a second or two. This will cause the hose to expand and then contract and break loose anything on the inside of the hose. Rinse well, repeat. Is the inline filter the right size for your tip? Try a bigger tip they are less likely to clog. It could be the paint, even if it's fresh. Sometimes you get some that you just have to strain.

What size tip are you using, how many filters & what mesh are they?
