What the (expletive) is this all about. I see this at least 5 times a day. Some spaz driving down the street with a useless ankle biting rat dog sitting on their lap. Now I wonder what is more distracting to a driver: Talking on a cell phone or having something that barley qualifies as a dog sitting on your lap while you are trying to negotiate a turn. Besides having the dog on your lap while driving I have one serious question, What is the point of having a dog that is barley taller then a cinderblock? Seriously what is an animal like this good for(besides target practice)? People tell me that the dog is like a member of the family, My only reaction is to ask them "How did you get your hear so far up your (expletive)". People who drive with rat dogs on their laps should kill themselves before they kill someone on the road.
