I have to restripe a job (new construction) that didn't pass inspection. Oh, woe is me. The complaint.... the lines are fading. How white paint can fade is a mystery to me but we are going to put down 15 mils of new white paint tomorrow on top of lines I striped Monday. Should last about 3 months (on new concrete). Shame on me.... Obviously, the owner is trying to get more than he is paying for. No prob.... I'll give them what he ask for. Excuse the dangling participles but that's the best way to express it. Oh yeah, I already went back once to extend the last line of a diagonal in an unloading area that was 3 inches shorter than the two side straight-ins. Thomas... tell Dean he knew exactly what he was doing referring Jessie to me...... good move on Dean's part (for Dean). 10 points.

Personally, I'd rather not stripe concrete with white paint. Like you said \\\Stripes///, It will last about 3 months. I can understand the paint fading on brand new asphalt. (laid in the a.m. and painted in the p.m., we do two coats like that) but concrete, What a crock of s##t. He should of just asked for two coats at the beginning of the job. Sounds like he's nit picking to get his money's worth. Sucks to work for people like that. Just my two dollars (inflated prices). Domingo

What is the correct spelling of nimrod? I think that is the right spelling. Did you notice that he is a cry baby, but he has a nice looking girl friend. I have had to go back to every job I did for him, then I gave him to Dean, guess he gave him to you. Jessie is like a herpe, always getting passed on to the next guy.

I believe Nimrod is actually a town southeast of Abilene.
