I finallty did the 4 miles with my lazy liner.(will post pics later when I take some) I noticed that my lines weren't as straight as I wanted them to be. I think that I need to become more cofident on my guns being accurate. I was tending to be very precise on restriping and I guess I over did it in some areas and you can see where i had litlle squigly lines. (will post those too) My main problem was truing to hit the precise mark wherever the lines werent visible. The glass bead dispense blocked my view of my tip. I will try setting the guns on the rear next time.BUT THE WORST, was when I thought I could eyeball an area that wasnt marked and the lines were'nt visile. I WILL NOT TRY TO DO THIS AGAIN UNTIL I KNOW HOW TO DO IT. Had to black out that area( NO GRINDER AVAILABLE). Well guys , Thanks for all the tips on using the pusher. I LOVE IT. should have gotten it a long time ago.

Ya know Patriot, I think that I might just do that until i get the hang of it. Just got a call from George Strait's Airfield manager to stripe their runway and taxiway. I bet its gonna be fun to do that with a pusher. I striped a couple of runways before but I would walk them though. Bet my legs and feet wont be thundering at the end of the day.

We usually shoot a dot about every fifteen feet and put gun on rear wheel for unmarked lines. It's just like flying an air plane. If you try to land and look directly in front you will wheel barrow all over the place. You have to look far down the runway to keep control and stay on centerline. Same thing just look at dot and transition to next dot before you get to first one. Takes a little practice but lines will be straight. Guns on front are fine for restripe but much better on rear for new lines.
