I replaced my Billy Goat 13 horse blower's front tire with a Marathon 4.10/3.50-4 flat-free tire/wheel assembly from Amazon for $22.01 shipped(with Amazon Prime). Cheaper than fooling with a pneumatic $15 tire and shipping! MUCH improved performance and no worries about flats or quick wear. Guess I'm rough on Blower front tires. I don't like the steerable front kit as it adds too much length to the machine for my use on my trailer. I put a flat-free on my 9 horse Little Wonder as well years ago... still going strong! The specified model for the 13 horse Billy Goat has a 2.25" offset hub. 3/4" hub diameter. It bolts right on just like the original. I'm sure you can buy it other places.. it will just cost you more.
