Awhile back I saw someone had installed a foot or check valve on their intake tube to prevent the paint from exiting the intake tube each time it was removed from the bucket or hopper. Does anyone have any information on what foot valves have worked for you and where you purchased them? Thanks!

We use them all the time on our latex machines. We do not clean our machines at the end of the day..

Do you not use them with Acetone?

No never needed. Water base is the one we are very carefully about not ever getting air in the pickup tube.
