Was just contacted by this Maintance company out of Nebraska. Was wondering if any others have had any dealings with them in the past. They have been contracted by Home Depot for out side maintance in Nebraska and Kansas now. Thanks for any information. Bob

We're right there with Ken on pricing. I usually do at least .03 per sq foot. Just be sure that the lot will be clear of any and all construction debris, trash, dirt, mulch, dumpsters, port-a-johns...and such. I can't count the number of times a GC has needed the striping done to get his C.O.....but the landscaper's weren't done or better yet haven't even started. Put it in the contract that there will be a charge for any return trips. If it's new construction expect the unexpected. Most importantly, make sure you have access to water close by. Nothing eats up time like filling tanks and hauling water.

Yea $110.00 per hr per machine is what I get. I would think you could do that job in 4-6 hours with setup. Make sure you somehow protect the drains from contanimants. The EPA will be knocking on your door.
