Has anyone ever put glass bead in a parking garage. The concrete is not super smooth so I cant see to may problems other then it getting slippery.

Dangerous, especially on slopes. I would try to avoid this at all cost.

If they want it reflective 3M makes a good reflective tape. The problem with glass beads in a garage will be bead roll out, those beads will break loose and make an interesting walking surface, and dirt and soot retention, all the dirt and soot from the cars will build up around the beads. It's a hazard that can be avoided and a garage has no real need for reflectivity, they have lights. Also, shiny sparkly things tend to attract rednecks and space aliens.
