I'm a graduate student of U.M.U.C. who is currently taking project and program management. As a group project we are trying create a project plan that involves taking over a garage, restriping it, installing new equipment, and developing on-line information resources that would link to the revenue control equipment. In doing this we need to create a work breakdown structure that lists the time, number of people, and estimated cost of restriping a 5,000 space garage. The garage does not exist so we are looking for general numbers. If anyone has any information that would help us out I would appreciate it. Thank you.

If it's average, ballpark would be $20,000. Three man crew, a week or less. You might factor in a few thousand for cleaning first if it's a typical parking garage.
