What is Great Pay? I don't bother waking up for less then $150 an hour.

With the cost of living in NYC it better be $300 an hour, you can't even rent a park bench for less.

We are also looking for additional employees. We need 2 striping techs (experienced or entry level - trainable) and one for operation manager (the manager will also work along side and train striping techs just like my partner & I do). This need is the result of a 70% increase in business since 2012 with 30% this year alone. Local Exterior Striping & Sign Installation and National Warehouse Striping Pay commensurate with attitude, willingness, teachability and past experience. Based in Mid Michigan.

Be careful what you wish for Rock. I have spent almost 3 months in Texas so far this year and another 1.5 months on the road to other various locations SC, OH, IN, IL, TN, KY, KS. Having an office in the Memphis area might make sense . . . . .

I can't imagine there going to pay much. They won a striping job for the county and bid it dirt cheap. Probably trying to find someone to complete the work for them lol. You lucky if you have another month left weather wise so why are you hiring now.

I think this is the wrong place to look for an operator... many of us have operators working for them, we are the elite few.
