Hey all Do the gallon counters on graco line stripers ever get out of whack? My helper (and myself recently) swears up and down it is wrong, having used a pail of paint or more on jobs and having the counter say half as much on the machine. Is this something that can be fixed, or parts replaced? Maybe its just me but it does seem off recently..

There is a sensor you can adjust located under the trigger. Sometimes its to sensitive or not enough and will cause miscount on paint. Just adjust it right and you should be good.

I have never used the computer features on the stripers, I couldn't even tell you if mine still work. LOL

When ever you reset the counter, you will be five gallons off. Dont ask me why it just is. All me auto layouts do the same thing. We spray a hopper of paint but the display says 10 gallons. THen it is very accurate after the first hopper.
