My display has started to come and go, some days nothing then it mysteriously appears other days all good. Assuming it is starting to wear out. Is this a simple plug and replace part? Anyone else out there replaced it before? Hate to bring it in and pay an arm and a leg if it is a simple fix. Learned that lesson earlier this year when replacing my transducer.......

Some of the boards can be repaired. The displays may not be able to. Be sure and check all the connections first because there not cheap. We recently replaced the one on our ll3 5900 and it was around $150.00. Very easy to change though. We knew it was defective as we tried switching between machines. Paint sprayers unlimited in Las Vegas is a good place to get them.

Almost ever part on the striper you can replace. I get my parts from SW. I paid $85.00 for the screen this spring. Its a electrical connection and two nuts that hold it on.Takes about 10 mintues.

I have the same machine and I had mine replaced. Purchased from Paint Sprayers in Las Vegas. They have great prices. Everything you buy from them is shipped from Graco in Minnesota so I like that as I KNOW I'm getting an authentic piece. One piece of advice... order something else too because you get free shipping if your total is over $100. If I remember correctly the display was only like 80 bucks. Buy a couple extra tips or a packings kit... or that transducer you mentioned. Easy as pie to replace. Two nuts and a plug just like jpanz said. I had an issue with the replacement though. It arrived DOA and Paint Sprayers had me directly contacting Graco for a replacement. That wasn't as easy as it should be but they did send me a replacement.
