I have a graco 3400 and need light when i stripe at night....is there a cheap and easy way to mount some sort of light on the machine so i can see what i am doing when the lights go out on the lot? Usually ask that the lights be left on...but the teenage "manager" always says they stay on, then when they are around the corner after they left....there out! Any ideas?

qlinesct; where in Lowes did you find the grill lights and by what means are they powered, battery or what? I had to do a job the other night and the business left the lights on but it was still very dark on one side, i had to use a flashlight. Thanks Mike
Any kind of battery operated light will do as long as you can clamp somewhere on the machine. We used to use the regular square based light with the handle, the kind that takes the big square battery and clamp it on with a quick-grip clamp. Used the same thing to clamp on a Dewalt 18V light with the snake neck. Those are nice because the last all night.
Thanks to Fine Line, all our Lazyliners came with a battery to power the electric start. I used to take the el cheap-o clip-on shop lights from Auto Zone and re-rig them with 12v bulbs. Then replace the 120v plug with alligator clips. Instant easy on easy off driving light tht can clip anywhere on the striper or rider. We don't do that much striping at night. I probably couldn't find any of them in the garage. Heck, I can't find ANYthing in the garage....I have enough problem just getting the door shut.
