I called for some wheels for my LineLazer 3900 IV. They're quite expensive. $100 each for the back and $93 for the front. I'd prefer OEM but $300 sounds excessive so I'd like to ask you guys to see if you have any alternative suggestions before moving forward with them? This is from the Paint Sprayers Unlimited place in Las Vegas.

I assume for those prices it includes the entire assemble; tire, steel wheel and bearings. If you just want to a replace the rear tires, the size is: 4.80x8. It should be readily available around town or from Northern Tool: Part #:12301-2556 $27.99. If you want the complete rear tire assembly, you need one with a 3/4 inch bearing. The hard part is to find one with a 3/4 inch bearing. Trailer Parts Super Store carries them: Their part # is: 1177131 15-09-02. The price is $48.99 per item plus shipping. It is on their web site. It is nice to have a complete assembly in case you have a flat that can't be easily repaired in the field. The front tire only is size: 9 x3.50-4. Northern Tool: #13440 about $17.00

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for sharing the info.
Mike, If you replace wheels the right one has a gear that has to be pulled of and pressed on for the distance measurement. Its easy to just replace tires. I did two today on my 5900. Graco don't make the tires so don't consider them aftermarket. Tractor supply is a good place to get them.
The rear wheels are easy to change. Harbour Freight sells a small tire changer under $40.00 which makes it real easy to change. Less than 5 minutes a tire. THe front wheel is a not as easy as the rears. You end up bending the rims in spots. The front tire has a tube in it. Buy extra tubes because you will tear the tube getting the front tire back on the rim. I gave up trying to change the tires and bit the bullet and just buy the replacement tire from Graco. http://www.harborfreight.com/mini-tire-changer-61179.html
