Hey We all know that there are male and females out there that going to choose that if we either have the job or we don't but which is gender is it easier for you to sell too? Both have their own pro and cons. men know everything and (I am sorry) some women see no reason for spending the money. -Dean

If you look at it... across the board most companies are run/managed by men thats why in the USA and the UK, woman owned companies are classed in the minorities along with afro American, native Americans etc. So on that prospective it would be hard to get a true picture of who it is easier to sell to..... because of the equations. I do think that woman are more particular on how well a job is done though. Here's an extreme case ... I had my lads on a job when we were over in the states and a Chinese woman who couldn't speak a word of English, screaming in Chinese at my lads.... she got out a spirit level against the lines..... she stopped them working whilst she measured in between each line on each floor and had them there at least twice as long than the job should have taken. She could find nothing wrong. When I got back I phoned up the company complain about her charged them double and got an apology from the management. If I had of been there I would have pulled the lads off the job.
