I won't tell you what it is or where it is or even how to use it... . But it's here, it's cool, and like nothing you have seen on other forums I'll have fun waiting a bit to see who can find it and figure out how to use it...one tip: it displays in all browsers but can only be "set" in IE... Have fun!!

Is it the Member Map?

I've wandered all around and so far all I've been able to do was put Don on my ignore list Is there a feature that will let us know if there are monkies loose on the forum? (moments later) I have found the stats page, the who's doing what page, and the bs detector. I guess the IP logging feature will keep the lowlifes, miscreants, and fools at bay. Cool

Clues: It is the map, you can see if you can figure out all it does. The rest of you, disable your pop-up blockers. if you can't see it. Some features like the maps may not like them. In Firefox the map doesn't work (other than viewing) BUT Firefox is THE browser

AH HA You guys try now...don't worry about any of the security stuff. I may have fixed the sneaky little bugger! Nick gave me a clue...no mention in the documentation but it did add a permission setting I wouldn't have noticed because I automatically get all permissions while logged in to work on the forum....

No joke, even when you zoom on Australia Wend is still "on the edge".... Seriously in the programmer's notes the maps display the way they do because the programmer was limited by latitude & longitude constraints for the available maps & had to choose what she (that's right she ) did to keep maps from having huge spaces of nothing but water. That's why (sorry Dwan) she was explaining there is no Alaska or Hawaii with the US map. Glad to see it's working for everyone now...thanks to Nick getting me started on some detective work... PS: In case you want to you can "edit" your pin's location. Don't think if you miss by a bit & want to adjust it your are stuck with what you have...hmmm hope we don't have any "travelers" posting, the pins will be changing every week

Good work Don. You have been cattle prodded into figuring out all sorts of cool stuff in record time. Just think, you have reduced whining by 80% in two days! Now if we can just get cupholders on our riders.....

Born to stripe - Your comment about getting "cup holders on our riders" may be more fact than fiction. In fact, how about a cooler and a shade umbrella on the riders? I will be posting an item in the next day or two that I am sure everyone who owns a Lazy Liner or Line Driver will be interested.

Some of you guys need to go to the USA map to set your pins more carefully (I am pretty sure Delaware hasn't moved into the Atlantic and South Carolina into Georgia etc. Don't "set" your PINS on the Global view. Use the USA map for greater detail.
