Thanks to all who posted in the topic "graco won't pump"! I got it pumping, calibrated etc. Ran a few gallons of black thru it tonight pushing, what a beast (KC airless). What is K-C thinking, man that thing is a behemoth. Pushing sucks, too spoiled riding around the LazyLiner/Titan.

Great thing about living ware I do is the farthest lot away is 14 miles. and the closest one is 1/2 mile. Dosent mater which one I do there is still an equipment delivery and setup fee. Anything farther and there is a ferry ticket invalved or a small plane ticket. That is also why I like the lighter stripers.

Evidently the packing was dried out(the machine was stored with nothing in it), I tapped on the pump housing as someone suggested and it started to pump. Then a couple nights later the packings went, there was paint on the rod and it quit working again. I'll have to pack it when I get time, still think it is a beast of striper(K-C airless), good for alternative colors or maybe sell it...
For those requesting more info .... The pics do not explain the concept well unless you study closely. Simply removing the front wheel is not the whole story. Look at the connection modification between the LL and the striper. The extra metal welded onto the striper contacts the bottom of the LL hitch when the front of the machine goes down, thus locking the two machines together.

That was the problem initially, and may still be part of the problem. I also had a gauge in-line and it would not hold pressure, with paint on the rod I assume it needs a pump kit regardless, I'll get to it when I have more time.
