I have used several different degreasers, gasoline and hot thinners with rags to get up the nasty parts and try to pressure wash and a wire brush the rest and that seem to help but nothing is foolproof so you will have to experiment a little to see what works for you
Are you getting paid for the service? Also consider the potential issues if someone complains aboutf you washing oils down the drain without trapping it... I know lame, but times are different anymore. If it's an isolated area, we will scrub with tide detergent, then wash off. Other than that, a hot pressure washer usually does great with just then heat alone.
This will make the oil go away. http://www.eatoils.com/product.php?id=62
