Has anyone else had issues with the parking lot planet store? I ordered a sports taper a month ago and have not gotten it. I had to email two or three times for a tracking number and I just checked and my package was delivered to someone in Portland OR. I live in Fargo ND. So I had to use another contractors sports taper because our new one has not shown up. This is the second time I have had issues. I am going to try and get my money back so if anyone knows a better place to buy a taper I would appreciate the help

sounds more like a issue with the freight company than the seller. I have purchased from PPL and never an issue.

Every business has a bad day, just wait until you paint the wrong parking lot. -$$$

I am thankful for the forum. I just thought maybe the store was under new management or something. It has been over a month and I still dont have any info on when it is going to get here or what happened. I guess I have been just frustrated with the situation I hate borrowing tools especially from competition

If you haven't already, you might consider giving Robert a call. With alittle research you should be able to find his number. Give him a call and tell him about the problem you are having. Often times the "owner" doesn't know about problems unless someone brings it to their attention. Just a thought...
