Pittsburg Paints????

Has anyone ever used Pittsburg's Striping paint? Haven't seen any discussion on it? Rick

I did a job for a company about 5 years ago. They supplied me with 80 1 gallon pails of that paint. It took about 2 hours to open all the cans. It sprayed poorly but was still there looking pretty good the next season. I still can't figure out why they would sell traffic paint in a 1gal can.

I tried their paint when I was starting out. The quality was good, but at the time SW offered a better price. But, I was able to purchase in 5's. I think the 1 gallon cans are for the "roller boys". They don't have to pick up the roller as high.

Has anyone ever tried traffic paint from Ace Hardware stores? That's the name brand-Ace. I have and it seems to be pretty good. It sprays good and retains it's color as well or better than SW. Just curious if anybody else has ever used it. Thanks, ACE

Ace I tried Ace years ago and sprayed pretty good but the yellow back then was a total different color than everyone else. I used the oil.

We used Ace paints till this year it didnt clog up and sprayed good. We stopped using it because the price jumped $5.00 a gallon this year
