Have a new problem with a 5900 LL 111 I have been rebuilding. New carb, gov rods and springs pump rod, kit, lower ball and cage and seat all OEM. Was working good but having trouble with the display only displaying 1/2 way across, so replaced it and worked perfect for a while. Yesterday fired it up with water in it and pump ran for a bit then pressure showed 3000 lbs but pump not cycling. Released the pressure and display still showed high pressure but the is none and pump didn't cycle. I suspect the transducer, any one have suggestions.

Funny went out this morning and fired it up and still showed 3000lbs pressure even with both guns triggered and prime valve open pump would not cycle. Shut it down and unplugged the transducer for a moment then plugged back in and everything works fine.

My 200hs just did the same thing. Wanted to fire a guy when I started it up it said 3600 PSI and still said 2000 PSI when I bleed the pressure. It still sprayed fine and slowly it came back down and works fine now. I called my guy at Sherwin and he said it's the transducer it's been so cold lately any water or moisture will open that transducer.
