If you ever have to replace a hose or otherwise open the hydraulic system on a LineDriver, you will have to get all the air out of the system before you use it. I be live this also works on LazyLiner II. Go through the following steps to purge the air out of the LineDriver's Hydraulic system Block up the LineDriver to get the wheels off the ground Start the engine Place the throttle as low as it will go (fast rpm will introduce air in the fluid...) Open the bypass valve at the back of the hydrostat Push the pedals forward for 10-15 seconds Push the pedals backward for 10-15 seconds Repeat the forward/backward procedure for 3-4 minutes Close the bypass valve Push the pedals forward for 10-15 seconds Push the pedals backward for 10-15 seconds Repeat the forward/backward procedure for 2-3 minutes Thanks to the Graco Guys for this tip.
