WE have a job coming up in the next couple of weeks. At this job we need to remove the seal from the concrete before we can stripe it. What size of pressure washer would work. And also do we need hot water over cold water.

Any pressure washer will work, more power = less time. See if you can rent a 5 gallon per minute 3500 psi machine. Hot water might speed it us, but cold will work. The main thing is hit it with pressure and don't leave muddy water behind. You have to push all the dirty water off the area to be striped, or you will have a problem when it dries. I have laid out the lines, pressure washed the area to be painted, and laid out again. Saves from washing the whole lot if you don't have to.
