I have a linelazer IV 3900. any suggestions on where to find a reasonably priced gun or two, Also someone said these are rebuildable but I have also been told by Graco there is an in line filter in the gun but there is not. Trigger just doesn't seem to travel nearly as much as it used to and probably due for replacement. Also any suggestions on good site to get parts? I have found some but many don't carry all parts. Thanks in advance

spraymall and portland compressor are the two places you can find replacement parts. One of them offers a gun for $149 including tip. You can get rebuild kits for $100 or after market re build kits for $50. Sometimes ebay will have a bit cheaper. I, not being mechanically incline have rebuilt 6 guns to date all within the past few months. You tube has a video that shows how to rebuild the silver flex guns. It takes maybe 15 minutes. All this I learned from the guys on here. I stilll have one more to rebuild, shoot I may make a video on the rebuild. I do wished one of the guys on here would make a video on how to rebuild the LL3900 pump. I couldn't find one for it on you tube.

Thanks Sprayhead. I found this video on utube, looks like the one. I guess it doesn't make any sense to buy a new gin if the old one can be replaced. Mine isn't really lacking but the travel of the trigger seems shorter than it used to be and I have he'd the gun stick on open a few times. Heres the link I found https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3S-2jCgeY_Y

Yep that's it. You'll be amazed how easy it is. This statement coming from a guy who is very non mechanical. The vice is very handy and it doesn't need to be heavy duty. Good luck.

We have many extra guns and I normally rebuild several at a time. It takes way longer to clean them properly than it does to do the actual "rebuild". Before rebuilding, it's helpful if you can put them in a sealed coffee can with a strong solvent to "melt" the layers of old paint then a light wire brush will help do most of the cleaning.

We keep a gallon of car brator cleaner with a dip basket. Disassemble gun and soak for a day. Never had a problem with any of our nine guns.
