Had a customer require a safety plan from me before I can do the job. Does anyone have a plan? or a template of one? Blaine

Ahh the JSA, Job Safety Analysis. I see and use them at work on a daily basis. You should be able to simply outline it on a plain piece of paper. Tasks: Spray paint on lot. Hazards: Paint in eyes ( safety glasses, goggles etc) Tripping hazards, curbs, tools and hoses on deck etc etc etc Pedestrian safety: ( cones, barrier tape, etc etc ) List all the hazards you can think of List all the preventative measures you will take to prevent injury.
