I went to pick up my lastest paint order from Technical Coastings at the truck terminal. Upon arrival, I found the order had been filled incorrectly. I called Kevin at Technical Coatings and he told me he would check out what happened and call me ASAP. Within approximately 10 minutes he called and said he was going to load the correct order on a truck and drive from Atlanta to my house and bring me the paint I ordered and pick up the missent paint. Now, this was on Friday about noon, and it's a 4 Hour drive one way from Atlanta. His comment was "customer satisfaction is our number one concern". I was kinda shocked, and told him it was not necessary as I had enough paint for the weekend. I am sold on the paint this company makes, and with service like that I'll be a customer as long as I continue to stripe.

geez...that is impressive.....my sherwin williams (where i have had bitter/sweet dealings) for the most part has been sweet.....i have had them deliver paint right on the job where they gotten from another sw cause they were out and tried to make up for it, and once i needed a gun (come to find out that was not it) but they made a special trip to get one and have real quick for me.....service means alot and everything and i am the type once u treat me right i am very loyal and will take some good with the bad.....even if price may be a bit higher etc....
SW has always treated us well. They really try to work with you on products. My rep stays in touch with me constantly but I guess he would sell as much stuff if he dosen't. He is very helpful. The paint is not too cheap, especially if you're using the water based latex.
I have ordered the concrete stain fron TC in the past, but because of the LOW VOC LAWS here in the northeast they can no longer ship it here. The stain was great and I was just startin to get people to pay the extra cost for it. The same with the plastech paint, wore like thermo but put down with airless. Mike In-Line
