Does anyone know who did the striping at the Fry's in Webster, Texas. I would like to complement them on a job well done.

Hey guys I have 72 bumper blocks to in install in an old building that was converted into condos. I have always heard that the older the concrete the stronger / harder it is. I have a Hilti TE-16-C hammerdrill. Any comments or suggestions?? Thanks
