For any of you guys who put signs in asphalt,when you top off the concrete on top,do you paint it black or leave it concrete,the base is 18 inches,so it will be a big hole.

I still have a few more parking lots to sealcoat and will possibly stripe them in oil since latex takes soo long to dry these days. Will the cooler less humid weather actually help make the oil burn less? Yellow only of course.

I leave it concrete, but if requested I will concrete 2 inches below the surface then put asphalt on the top. This is not a free service, I charge x tra. ACCUR8
