I think you guys are right on with your comments about the paint viscosity and needing to add water. I think I may need to get a better stirring rod. Mine has a small conical end that with vertical fins that are somewhat spiral. This mixing stick may not be getting the paint up from the bottom to the top of the bucket very well and causing inconsistent viscosity in the bucket. Thanks again your help.
Credit for the idea goes to Dwan. This thing is awesome. Video is in ASL so skip to 1:07 to see the Paint can opener in action! http://youtu.be/8qMa4iqo52g
Here is another helpful video about spraying HC stencils. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDdmX737J6o&feature=c4…

that is def the most manly way i have ever seen to put a hole in the top of a can. i can see that going thru the top and bottom of the can tho if not careful. lol
Trailer is quickly approaching completion. Here's what I've got so far. I am definitely going to have to get a weight distribution hitch which I am okay with. I took a little something from each and every one of you. More from Dwan than anyone else but everyone had something to contribute... and as Dwan said for his stuff... feel free to ask away. Painted it a little cooler color for increased visibility . I just mixed some white and yellow traffic paint and just sprayed it on there. The walls used to be black. My work bench. Loved the whiteboard idea from Dwan as well as the toolbox. Fueling station. Got this for $89 using a coupon from Northern Tool. Notice the pin? It's what secures the striper. It's attached to my workbench. Fusebox, 1200 watt inverter, plug to the outside as Milt recommended, solenoid to keep it from draining my truck battery. I like the lazy Susan. I will let you know how it works out in terms of spillage and stuff. I just expoxied it on there. Same with the MEK can. All loaded up.
Oh yeah oh yeah... one more thing. Forgot the paint rack in the truck bed. Now this rack is going to be redone because I don't think those will hold up so he's going to put in some square tubing after I break this one first. I can fit as much as 125 gallons in the truck bed. I've never needed that much but the point remains...
