Hello, You might give this site a try. He has made a lot of logos for pressure washers and a few other types of companies. http://www.kbkgraphics.com/
We used about 1/4 pound of chalk last year. No laser. Just weed eater string. When a striping person learns the ins and outs of using a Lazy Liner, chalk nor string is necessary on head in parking. String is recommended when opposing stripes are behind them, though. (Stripes always should perfectly "line-up").
Titan sold a line generating laser, a red one that was probably of some use at night or in dark places. The red lasers cannot be seen in the day light. Don't spend a bunch of money on one only to find out it is the absolute truth. A similar laser can be purchased from WalMart for $10. There is no mounting provision but anyone who is handy can fab up something to work, I think i just duct taped my first one to the knob on the top of the gun mount. A legally sized green laser dot pointer can be seen even during the day I have found, the line generator is great too if lighting conditions don't affect visibility. I do agree with Dwan though on the line generator, a guy tends to mess around trying to align with the marks too much, after a bit of practice the laser dot without the line generator is my favorite and can be seen good enough even on bright sunny days. It has nearly eliminated chalklining for me, 99% without chalklines.
Even without using a laser we don't even own a chalk line. With practice, tic marks and trusting that your machine is aligned straight are all that is needed. But if you are looking for clamps or mounts for lasers, try www.mcmastercarr.com and search for indicator clamps.
I keep everything in my arsenal. String reels, Chalklines, Wire Cable, Lasers and a perfectly aligned striper. Different types of jobs require different tools. I am still working on the perfect line generator for restripes. (One of my competitors here likes to spray a 5"-6" wide line over everything. Evidently he can't follow the original straight line and now we have lots with crooked 5"-6" lines that will need straightening soon). A good cheap holder for lasers is a test tube or burette clamp available from a science or chemistry supply.

Do a search...for the 100th time of you are going to be in business, act like you are running a business. Figure your fixed overhead first (insurance, equipment costs, taxes, or whatever) and divide that by the potential number of "working days" (the insurance people charge whether you are working or not). Then figure your materials costs. Then your production rates. This is a very simplified version but I get tired of repeating it... After you know your cost of doing the work you add what you want or need to make (if you can't end up with more than minimum wage in your pocket at the end of the year it's not really worth the hassle.) So add however much that is and you know what you need to charge which is all that matters . What anybody else charges anyplace else is affected by their own set of factors like above so it might be totally wrong for you. They may be paying more for materials, or less, may be part time or full time, may have a very competitive market or be the only guy in town or may be going broke and haven't realized it yet. So the best advise is to never rely on anybody else's pricing. You're an individual in your own particular circumstances and only you can figure what's right for you. In my 20+ years in this business you wouldn't believe how many people I have seen go broke or else losing money and wondering why because "we charge about what everybody else does".
