I got your Bah Humbug Turner! I do nothing secretively so If it makes you feel better, you may stick the Graco logo underneath my name. I think most know who I am or at least that I work for Graco. I think what makes this site unique is that we (contractors and manufacturers) have an opportunity to intereact Or at least I recognize the significance to interact. Others don't.. Not too many manufacturers contribute as openly as I do. Most of my comments are from actual experience and actual testing of product. On the other hand I have developed many friends here that have influenced Graco product. Jpanz has helped with 3-4 improvements on LL4 as has Robert and others. Still working on cupholders! AND...occasionally I voice my opinion (I think I am allowed to have one).

For anyone who is new or hasn't caught on Cormac and I are friends, and forum rules allow cheap (albeit sarcastic) shots between friends... I been hacked at him ever since I found out he had a 200HS prototype in his truck a couple of years ago and never brought it by for me to play with (I just hope he doesn't try to make a habit out of the thinking thing...scares me)

The only thing I've changed in any of my Speeflos is oil in the Honda motor. Never changed hydo fluid and have had thousands and thousands of gallons of paint thru them. How many Speeflos have I had worked on in 8 years?..... Only one...... a 3100 with electronics and electronic clutch. How many hydraulics have I sent to the shop?...... Zero, zip, zilch, nada. How many electronic problems have I had?....The same zilch zip nada because hydraulic Speeflos don't have any electronics. How many pumps have I had self destruct in 8 years? .... 2 ... both Gracos. Every time I look around when entering a repair shop, I almost always see mostly Airlessco and Gracos. Seldom do I ever see any Speeflos. Another show of hands.... How many people have ever had to have work done on their Gracos? (Speeflos can be repaired out back in the garage (if they ever broke which they don't.....no need for a tecnician.)

Jim or cormac or any one how often should the hydraulic oil be changed? I haven't changed mine either. Is it easy or do you need to take it to your dealer? Also how many litres does it take from empty. cheers.

Wendy, I believe Speeflo suggests every 6 months, but I suggest you confirm that with your instruction manual. On the Graco 200HS it is suggested yearly. And yes, you can change it yourself.

As simple as an Airlessco is, why do people take them to the shop? A five dollar allen set is all you need. And Cormac, would Graco be interested in making a gun flipper?

I always change the hydraulic oil on my 11 or 12 year-old Speeflo every...hmmm...@*%$! Just realized I've never changed it...doggone it....who knows, now maybe they are different what with the larger tank & spin on filter...maybe you are "supposed" to change it more often... And to Cormac: You know good & well that instruction manuals are the first thing any normal human being throws away...not being normal I put mine in a filing cabinet...somewhere....
