We are setting productivity records..... (actually my son is). Except for our Galleria restripe work, brandon has set a company record for the last two weeks.... not to mention it being January. He has really made a turn around. Not only is coming to work (a miracle in itself) he is burning and churning out quality work. He's blowing everybody (including me) who has worked here completely off the map. Plus he's doing it with only working around 40 hours a week! I do pay him double time if/when he has to work on weekends. To answer your question,... we've had a moderate to heavy demand. So far there has been enough work for him to keep busy but have had to sub out only a few jobs in the last couple of months.
my son did his first complete complex job , signs , bumpers, hash areas, stenciling, handis, a little of everything and we havent gotten any complaints , usually I get a complaint or two, although I did tell him I was afraid to go look at it, I am his worst critic, I am pretty bad and demanding.the job was a store called fresh and easy (new const). I am proud of him.
