I don't blame Chapman and crew for not returning to Mexico for a hearing. No matter what the He\\ the govt. says, they are still a corrupt country. Do you really think he can get a fair trial? He brought back a piece of sh't low life rapist. He should get a bottle of champagne and a cigar, Not be sent back to Mexico. I know he was in a foreign country and did break their laws, but how many people are here illegally, and how many laws do they break. We just give them 3 squares a day and pay them wages like those in their home country. Just my 2 pesos.

It aint fair....' They should be no silly laws like the one in Mexico..Some common sense should be used at some point.

You know he won't get a fair trial or due justice in Mexico, but the real question is will our shitty government extradite him? How many times have Mexican authorities had persons in custody that were wanted in the US and didn't turn them over without some sort of bribe or reward? To (expletive) with Mexico.
