Guys, I just have to get this one off my chest. This past weekend we were Sealcoating a Parking Lot. The Lot was closed off with Baling string, yellow caution tape streamers every 3ft on the baling string starting at the point it was tied to, and traffic cones underneath the string between the streamers. (We do this to alleviate the questions like "Can I go through there"? or the ever famous, "I just need to get in there for ____________.) At 7:00 a.m. we were driving up to the job site and I see a guy getting up from the pavement and getting back up on his bike........Yeah, I know, me and guys were amused. This clown has the audacity to tell us that we should have done a better job of blocking it off. He did not see the 2 ft. long streamers or the 3ft tall traffic cones. The look on his buddy's face........Priceless. I just know that guy laughed his A$$ off when he got home. Probably figured out he's got Ray Charles, Jose Feliciano or Ronnie Milsap for a riding partner. It's been 5 days and I'm still smirking when I think of his buddy's face. He did'nt know whether to laugh at the poor S.O.B. or back him up. It was funny as (expletive). I know that it could cause problems if he calls the insurance, but I did get pictures of the way we had it blocked off. Domingo

I had the same thing happen in a downtown city location of a college parking lot. It was during a summer weekend and most of the lot was blocked by buildings but there were two narrow entrances/exits. We had those entrances blocked off with cones only. Several more cones then really needed. We just finished sealing the entire lot. We were packing up at the truck and looked to see this black kid dressed in all white ride into the fresh sealer. He had on all white pants, white shoes, white tank top, white ball cap, and a white outer jacket on. He got right in the middle of the lot, slipped and went right down into the sealer. Without missing a beat he got right up, jumped on his bike and kept peddling out of the lot. He had sealer all over him. At first I was pissed but after I saw him i had to laugh.
