I have the LineLazer IV 3900. On the parts lists... there are two sets of parts, series one and series two. One for pre-2007 models and the other for post-2007 models. How can I find out which one I have? And... most of all... I replaced the gun on my striper. The trigger on the new gun has a -lot- more travel than the old one. Now the new gun cannot be tightened on the mount without spraying. I can't seem to figure out if there is any adjustment methods on the cable, mount, or gun. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
Two questions... help.

Up by the handlebars where you turn the gun on and off, there should be the cable adjustment there. I would think you just loosen that cable up there and problem solved.

He has a 4 and they don't have adjustable blocks. Have to adjust with the cables at the handles and the little wheel in the cables.

I have both kinds and the older machines up through the three have the block that adjust with the bolt and as far as I'm concerned that is by far the best cable systems. The newer ones keep folding the cable at the end and breaking wire. My old 3500 had the best ones. Its a 96 model and still has the original cables.
