This has been a thousand times, use the search feature!!!! Stop being lazy and asking the same questions. Hey Dude, It's great that it's been "answered" according to "you" a "1,000" times. I was seeking a more current answer based on a poll survey with various experiences. Why even answer this thread if it bothers you so much?

My opinion, it's about 50/50....yellow and white are both the BEST paints!

Ennis solvent: It dries quickly in very hot and very cold weather. It doesn't fade. It can stays in the hoses for months at a time without the need to circulate. It is long lasting. It performs well on concrete as well as asphalt and asphalt emulsion sealer without changing color. It can be applied shortly before a rain storm. It costs about $17.00 per gallon It never needs filtering prior to pouring into the machine and never plugs. Can I get an "Amen"?

sounds almost to good to be true. I would love to get away from Sherwin.

Good luck with that. I always heard it was good paint. I have made several attempts to contact them to try it and also some info on thermos but they never answer my emails on their contact pages.

You may just have to use the phone. I've noticed that a lot of companies put up a contact page just because everyone else has one but no one really checks the email.

Ennis Solvent will not change color on sealer? Do you have a rep in DFW?

asphalt emulsion sealer, if you read on. any oil based paint will turn colors on coal tar sealer.

It works good on asphalt emulsion not coal tar.

We use have used both Ennis and Sherwin solvent over the past couple seasons. Roughly $13.50 per gallon for the Ennis, and $15 per gallon for the Sherwin. The benefit to the Sherwin is no minimum order and no notice required before pickup. From Ennis we're arranging pickups of 24 can pallets.
